I'm Amanda Johansen, a former Fortune 50 enterprise sales leader turned certified coach who spent two decades building a highly successful corporate career before realizing the life I had worked so hard to create no longer fit the person I had become.
I grew up in rural Mississippi and built my way from a dirt road to leading complex, high-stakes deals with some of the world's largest companies, so I understand both the power of ambition and what happens when success stops feeling like success.
Today, I help accomplished professionals step outside the life they were told to want, reconnect with what they actually want now, and intentionally define what comes next.

Ambition got you here. It will not, by itself, tell you where to go next. This tool is the structure I wish I'd had when I was at the top of a career I no longer wanted: a way to name the life I actually wanted, fund it with real numbers, and move toward it one honest step at a time.
